We offer three levels of shipping service.

Shipping to Canada & Alaska/Hawaii: $20.95 (No Free Shipping) You are responsible for all duties, taxes and brokerage fees.

Please note: Orders are shipped the next business day (M-F) after they are received. Orders placed on Friday will be shipped the following Monday.

The Outdoor Source Mail Order and its carriers will not be shipping or delivering on:

TheOutdoorSource.com is not set up to honor The Outdoor Source Retail Gift Certificates.

If you have a The Outdoor Source Retail Gift Certificate, you can still apply it to orders on TheOutdoorSource.com in several ways:

1. You can order online with your credit card, then send the Gift Certificate to us to have the amount refunded to your credit card. In order to expedite your refund, please write your order number on the Gift Certificate.

2. You can call (614-457-3620) with your order and use a credit card, then send the Gift Certificate to us to have the amount refunded to your credit card. In order to expedite your refund, please write your order number on the Gift Certificate.

3. You can fax (614-457-3625) a handwritten order with your credit card information, then send the Gift Certificate to us to have the amount refunded to your credit card. In order to expedite your refund, please write your order number on the Gift Certificate.

4. You can mail the Gift Certificate to us with a handwritten order.

5. You can use the Gift Certificate in one of our The Outdoor Source Retail Stores (though not at a dealer's shop).

Please provide a copy of your receipt for a full refund; without a receipt we will issue a Store Credit determined by the garment's last retail price at our store.

We enclose a return form in every mail order package. If you are mailing an item to us, please take a minute to fill out this form to tell us if you want an exchange, repair, credit or refund. If you do not have the return form, include a note with your name, return address, daytime phone number, what you are sending in and why, and what you would like to have happen. Please be sure to ship the package with a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance.

Typical turnaround time, with shipping, is about three weeks. However, you can cut that down to about a week by using expedited shipping (two-day service or similar); we will ship the package back to you in the same manner.

If the original purchase was made with a credit card, we will credit the credit card for the returned item(s) upon receipt. The credit card will be charged for the replacement item(s) when shipped. If we cannot exchange or repair the item to comply with your request, we may, at our discretion, issue a Gift Card for the last known retail value.

We are not responsible for shipping costs back to us.
No returns on climbing equipment or medical kits.

All returns must be made within forty-five (45) days of placing the order.

The Outdoor Source Mail Order collects and remits sales tax in Ohio only.
